Few days ago, I noticed that the scrobbling was not working, you can read this bug report. In it, there is a patch for fixing the problem. According to the bug report, there wont be Amarok 2.0.3, the next release is 2.1beta. So far, I saw no bug report on Red Hat’s bugzilla, therefore I decided to patch on my own. I downloaded the source rpm amarok-2.0.2-3 and rebuild the srpm and rpm.
You can download them:
- amarok-2.0.2-3lastfm.fc10.src.rpm
- amarok-2.0.2-3lastfm.fc10.x86_64.rpm
- amarok-2.0.2-3lastfm.fc10.i386.rpm
You can install by running:
yum --nogpgcheck localinstall XYZ.rpm
i sorry if this is a stupid question but im really new at linux..
ReplyDeletethis amarok-2.0.2-3lastfm.... is a plugin or the amarok debugged?
