Last week (Week 19), I held up the dump, didn't even notice when last Monday had arrived. Usually, the dump begins the fermentation process on Sunday. I sealed them in a plastic bag and threw into frigid.

Didn't post a lot in last two week, didn't want to, didn't need to. Hopefully, I would be back at normal posting strength.
