Never thought about making crackers, but they turned out not so difficult to make. My first time of making, on a pan:

First batch of three, crispy on the rim, but the center was still quite soft. So that might be counted as a cracker.

The next try, much bigger batch, a whole bowel, smaller pieces. Some were burnt, but still fine.
