After playing 2048 a week ago, I played even more clones in terminal, then this Flappy 2048 showed up, a combination of Flappy Bird and 2048:

While I was making the video, I read about Flappy Bird on Wikipedia and the discontinuation really caught my eyes, the author said:

Flappy Bird was designed to play in a few minutes when you are relaxed. But it happened to become an addictive product. I think it has become a problem. To solve that problem, it’s best to take down Flappy Bird. It’s gone forever.

I could totally feel about the addiction coming, but more serious issue is when might come along—especially, no one could play perfectly unless you are a machine—the frustration of failing.

And some people even “threatened to murder him or commit suicide” after the removal of Flappy Bird from Apple’s App Store and Google Play. People turning from addict to suicidal person? Gaming can cause problems, some are taking way too serious. Like the author said it’s meant for relaxation, but some games or gamers only increase the stress level.

Soon after 23 successful flaps, I discovered a terminal version, FlasciiBird:

It’s not with 2048 element, but you can certainly try to score 2048, although I think it’s unlikely for someone can concentrate and without making a tiny mistake for 2048 times and each time would require several flaps or let go for well-timed descending.

They are just games, don’t be serious.
