Last week, I wanted to try something different, so I made these biscuit rolls:

But it’s really too much work, rolling a hot fried stuff can burn your fingers. A day before, I was making flat ones:

These ain’t fluffy or crumbly, which I love to have. But with using only flour, this all I can get, however, it’s nothing to say anything bad about it. It’s crunchy and like cookies or those hard biscuits.

1   Recipe

1.1   Ingredients

  • 1 part of sugar
  • 2 parts of vegetable oil
  • 3 parts of water
  • 4 parts of flour

I also added a pinch of salt for six of 10cm rolls.

1.2   Directions

  1. Mix all

  2. Divide and shape into discs

  3. Fry on a low heat in a frying pan, using paper tower to apply oil for frying

  4. Try to flip as soon as you can have a clean peeling off the pan

  5. Continue to fry until golden brown on either sides

  6. Roll it while warm if you want
