lorem is yet another generator for the Lorem Ipsum (1st BC) by Cicero, but it has plenty of other choices, very extensive list, such as — with --randomize option:

Like any other generator, you can choice the amount of words, sentences, line, or characters. By default, it gives you a quote from the source text, and randomization might come to handy if you don’t want the quotes. It also have letter cases and width of line options.

The author, Per Erik Strandberg, also wrote about the generator. The code has only 212 line of code. About a year ago, there is a Ipse Dixit generator, which uses Markov chain.
