I just noticed we have Pin Tab in Firefox 4, too. I used to pin a tab for music listening websites.

I tend to think App Tab in Firefox == Pin Tab in Chromium. The concept is the same, whoever came out of this idea first, that doesn’t really matter. (There is an addon1 of Firefox) App Tab sounds a little unfitting for me, I might be under Chromium’s influence strongly. For me, not every webpage I pin is a webapp, sometimes they are just a page, nothing more.

However, it’s good to see it on Firefox internally.

It was implemented in Beta 2, I started to use Firefox 4 since Beta 5 Prerelease, now I am using Beta 6 Prerelease. I wondered why I couldn’t notice it earlier.
