Woke up, showered, got my coffee, booted up my computer, then I saw this email:

As a self-proclaimed modern spam email spotter, “(no subject)” has already been enough to trigger my advanced-bio-spam-detection-algorithm1 and that company name has no doubt blown the score by at least an order of magnitude and wiped out any remaining sleepy bugs in my head. There is no way that company is sending me an email like this.

My fingers were ready to press xShift-12, but out of curious and I had received another one from another company3, I decided to give it a read, although I was ready for a good laugh. Anyway, I clicked on it to read:

It reads very legitimate, but I was still not buying it. How could a company send out a recruiting email without a subject? Even though the signature is pretty formal with lots of information.

When I checked out the email source, and it was really from the company unless that guy’s computer got hacked. Now I am convinced that email is totally real.

y Email archived and this makes my day.

Also, I love Mosaic filter of GIMP.

[1]The thing attached to my neck.
[2]It selects and marks the email as spam.
[3]Which coincidentally has same amount of letters in its name.
