We all know what that phrase means.

But I now have new meaning for that:

You are what you eat for how you feel

And this is what I have been eating for days or maybe even weeks:

Not gonna lie, it’s like sh*t, but it doesn’t taste like so. It’s just you can’t eat like this every single meal, but when you are in sh*tty mood, you just don’t care what you put into your mouth.

Frankly, you don’t even want to be bothered with the need of eating, but your body wouldn’t stop reminding you that you are actually a big bio-sh*t generator, the result of millions of evolution.

You have to eat.

One way or another, the hunger would overwhelm you. So I have this bean threads or some other noodles with some sauce plus one two-year-old dill cucumber pickle, not yet, only be expired in 2015.

It’s not healthy, but not as if I ever care before, I just need to eat something and I don’t have the mood to cook, or even have some snack straight out of package. They would look too good and they are not for my mood, must have something awful.

So, it looks like sh*t and I feel like so.
